Welcome to Adair’s Mill just north of Cleveland, GA. This is a beautiful and peaceful development in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains of northeast Georgia. Over the years our neighborhood has seen many improvements due to the cooperation and volunteer work of our residents. Our paved roads, bridge railings, wooden road signs, entrance sign and landscaping are evidence of how hard we have worked to demonstrate our pride in our community. Our winding, sloping roads are lined with many species of indigenous trees, bushes and wild flowers. There is a creek that runs though this beautiful neighborhood ending at the mill near the entrance pictured above. There is enough space between residences for plenty of privacy, peace and quiet, but we all know that our neighbors are close enough if we need assistance or just want to chat or borrow a cup of sugar. It’s truly a wonderful place to live.
This is a our entrance sign which displays a view of the mill painted by our resident Linda Swafford. Click on the picture for a larger image to see this lovely painting.
This blog was designed so that our residents can communicate, assist each other and express their opinions. Our members can post items on the blog by emailing Carolyn Miller @ millerme1@windstream.net. Photos can be attached in JPG, GIF or PNG format.
Great looking introduction Carolyn!
